Maggie is a skills-based therapist who teaches her clients real-life strategies that can be used outside of therapy to better the lives of those she works with. She utilizes a multidimensional approach to the complex needs of her clients, incorporating the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of their lives. Her primary goal in treatment is to assist others in realizing that each person can heal from within and believes that everyone is capable of healing and living life in their true selves.
Maggie shares a passion for the opportunity to help individuals in any capacity. She finds joy and pride in others’ success and appreciates the opportunity to empower individuals to take control of their wellness journey. Maggie believes positive change occurs when individuals experience compassion, community, curiosity, and understanding from supportive and authentic relationships. She is passionate about working with clients to clarify what they care most deeply about and collaborating on moving toward a life full of meaning, purpose, and abundance.
When Maggie isn’t in the office, you can find her at the dog park with her four-legged babies, traveling, or spending time with family and loved ones!
