Allyson Trudgeon

Allyson Trudgeon serves as Director of Admissions at J. Flowers Health Institute, bringing more than 15 years of experience in mental health, addiction, and eating disorder treatment to her role. As an important first point of connection, she guides clients and families through the admissions process with compassion, clarity, and personalized support. Allyson believes effective care begins with listening, understanding the whole person, and ensuring each individual feels genuinely heard from the very first conversation. She is proud to support J. Flowers’ comprehensive approach to care while strengthening relationships and contributing to the Institute’s continued growth. Outside of work, Allyson enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, gardening, and cooking.
