Lisa Hornsby

Director of Client Support Services

At an early age, Lisa developed a desire to work in mental health and addiction, initiated by her father’s beautiful example. He lived life in recovery one day at a time and made a difference. Over 30 years ago, she entered the field through her occupational therapy work and then as a residential counselor working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She highly values the importance of a multidisciplinary team to fully assess and successfully assist with healing and wholeness.
Through her inpatient work, Lisa was able to identify the need for patients and families to have more of an advocate to walk through the process of accessing exceptional care and entered admissions in 1996. She joined The Menninger Clinic in 2003 and was instrumental in working with clients and their families to provide access to a vast array of quality resources all over the country. While there, Lisa built quality relationships and coordinated closely with business development and marketing to expand referral relationships with interventionists to provide additional access to care for those in need.
Lisa is committed to helping clients access quality healthcare and is excited to be joining J. Flowers Health Institute to optimize her passion and skills as an Admissions Specialist.
Her greatest love is Tresa and their son, Dillon, along with their schnauzers, Gracie and Buddy Mac. Her favorite way to spend her time is on the lake boating, jet-skiing, or watching beautiful sunsets with family and friends.
