Loren Chorn

Loren Chorn, LMSW, serves as a Case Manager at J. Flowers Health Institute, where he coordinates treatment and serves as a primary point of contact for clients, families, legal representatives, and outside providers. Working closely with the Institute’s interdisciplinary team, he helps ensure seamless care, supports discharge planning, connects clients with continued resources, and provides follow up after treatment. Loren earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara, before building a diverse career in the oil and gas industry and private school admissions. He later pursued his calling in social work, graduating from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work in May 2026 and earning his LMSW license the following month. Passionate about advocacy and active listening, he is proud to support J. Flowers’ comprehensive approach to care and help clients and their loved ones feel informed, heard, and supported throughout their journey.
